STRATEGY
Your first 90 days of organised digital marketing
A phased working plan for clarifying the offer, fixing the customer journey and learning from focused activity.

Days 1–15: establish the starting point
Document your core offer, target customer and main customer action. Review the existing website, social accounts and recent enquiries. Confirm ownership and access for the accounts the team will use.
Write down the baseline you can actually measure. If historic data is incomplete, say so and begin a clean record. Do not invent precision to make a presentation look more established.
Days 16–30: repair the essential journey
Prioritise a clear service page, working contact options and reliable enquiry delivery. Prepare the basic copy and images that the first activity will need. Agree who approves them and who responds to incoming requests.
Test the journey yourself before sending more visitors. This stage should produce usable assets and a documented process, not only a strategy deck.
Days 31–60: run a focused learning cycle
Choose a limited activity matched to the business problem: an explanatory content series, a defined advertising test or improvements to important search pages. Set an owner, budget where relevant and a review question.
Record changes and customer responses. Avoid starting several unrelated initiatives if the team cannot maintain them or distinguish their effects.
Days 61–75: connect marketing with sales feedback
Review which enquiries matched the intended audience and what prevented progress. Look at the actual customer questions, not only the platform summary. Share those findings with the people writing pages and creative.
Fix operational problems that become visible. A confusing proposal or missing follow-up responsibility may deserve attention before a new acquisition channel.
Days 76–90: choose the next scope
Summarise what was completed, what evidence emerged and what remains uncertain. Decide which activity to continue, improve or pause. Use that decision to define the next phase and its resource requirements.
The dates are an illustrative planning framework, not a promise of leads or revenue. Some businesses need longer preparation or sales cycles. A useful first phase leaves the business with clearer foundations and better decisions.
